Our PD series model also provides space for growth focused feedback, responsive customization of content and tools, and opportunities for relationship and trust building - all essential elements of sustainable teacher and leader growth.

Inside the Calm Case Manager Collective, your special education teachers will receive personalized goal setting and feedback, productivity and relationship building skillsets, and IEP implementation support that will keep them on track with compliance, collaboration, and meeting student support needs.
Calm Case Manager Collective features include: Bi-weekly accountably coaching, bi-weekly IEP alignment reviews, Monthly 90 minute virtual workshop and weekly group Q+A coaching calls to support with in-the-moment challenges or mindset blocks. This is coaching support for SPED teachers, created by a former SPED teachers and designed with multiple access points so that there is always a place to find the coaching support they need, exactly when they need it! The investment for Calm Case Manager Collective is $1500 per special education teacher for 12 months of support.
paraeducator success blueprint
Our paraeducators are increasing doing more and more of the heavy lifting to support students with IEPs in general education, however they are the most chronically underdeveloped members of our school teams. Inside the Para Success Blueprint, your paraeducators will learn how to confidently shape behaviors with a focus on building student independence, gain tools for implementing streamlined collaboration and communication with general education teachers and special education case managers, track and share data to inform meaningful decision making, and build a personal toolkit of self-care and co-regulation skills to prevent emotional exhaustion and burnout!
Para Success Blueprint features include a live or virtual onboarding bootcamp, monthly 90 minute virtual workshops and Q+A to support with in-the-moment challenges or mindset blocks, and personalized weekly email or Loom support. The investment for Para Success Blueprint is $1500 per paraeducator for 12 months of support.
